About June Wu (Yijun Wu)

June Wu holds a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the Boston Conservatory At Berklee and is an award-winning pianist and dedicated piano teacher. Since 2017, she has been guiding students of all ages and levels, earning the trust of families through her patient, structured, and personalized approach.

In her lessons, June focuses on building a strong and good technical foundation—proper hand position, finger habits, sight-reading, tone production, and musical understanding—while nurturing musical expression and confidence. She believes that technique and artistry grow together, and that every student learns best when progress is steady and enjoyable.

June tailors each lesson to the child’s abilities and goals, whether for fun, RCM examinations, competitions, or performances. She partners closely with parents to plan each student’s learning journey, helping children develop solid skills, musical awareness, and a lifelong love of music.
